Initial Intake Session: $250
60 Min Session (53-60 min): $220

Insurance
I accept United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna insurance. If you are out of network, I will provide you with a bill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Payment
I accept cash and major credit cards for payment at the time of services.

Psychological Assessment
I do accept insurance for psychological assessments. Insurance-covered evaluations include diagnostic clarification and treatment recommendations based on a standard assessment battery.

Insurance does not cover expanded educational, advocacy, or extended reporting services. Examples of services that are typically not covered include, but are not limited to:

Dyslexia-specific assessments, including expanded academic and reading evaluations

Individualized IEP or 504-specific educational recommendations
Services not covered by insurance will be billed as private pay.
Fee: $550

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show for your schduled therapy appointment and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
